The Small Business Concierge is a free consulting service offered by Los Angeles County that helps prospective business owners who are interested in opening small businesses in the unincorporated areas of the County.

The Concierge acts as a single point of contact during the complex process of opening a business and provides counseling services to you. We also provide business development opportunities.
